Does not include 12.5% lodging tax.  Subject to availability. Not valid with any other offer.  Transportation is not included but is available for a fee with advance reservations.  Lift tickets are not refundable once issued. 

Meadows’ offers an “I’ll Be Back” voucher if you have an unpleasant experience.  The “I’ll Be Back” voucher is available if you turn in your lift ticket to any open Ticket Booth at Mt. Hood Meadows by 10 am on your valid day of skiing. 

SKIING IS A HAZARDOUS SPORT

The Purchaser of this package assumes the inherent risks of skiing as set forth on ORS 30.970 – 30.990, including changing weather conditions, variations or steepness in terrain, snow or ice conditions, surface or subsurface conditions, bare spots, creeks and gullies, forest growth, rocks stumps, lift towers and other structures and their components, collisions with other skiers and a skier's failure to ski within the skier's ability. 

CONTRACT OF RELEASE and INDEMNIFICATION AGREEMENT

IN CONSIDERATION FOR LIFT ACCESS, THE PURCHASER OR USER OF THE TICKET AGREES TO RELEASE AND INDEMNIFY MT. HOOD MEADOWS AND THE MARK SPENCER HOTEL FROM ANY AND ALL CLAIMS (INCLUDING COSTS AND ATTORNEY FEES) BY OR ON BEHALF OF THE PURCHASER OR USER OF THE TICKET OR SKI AREA FACILITIES.  THIS RELEASE OF LIABILITY INCLUDES CLAIMS BASED ON NEGLIGENCE.

TICKET IS NON-TRANSFERABLE, NOT FOR RESALE, NON-REFUNDABLE AND IS VOID IF DETACHED
Any attempt to transfer or sell ticket will result in prosecution-ORS164.125.
Ticket may be revoked for fast, discourteous, hazardous or reckless skiing and or failure to obey posted closures.
Any injuries must be reported to area personnel in a timely manner.

Promotion is subject to availability and not valid with any other discount programs.  Payment is required at reservation time, and subject to 50% cancellation fee or 100% if cancelled within 48 hour prior to arrival.
